Your membership
Consumer Rewards membership is free. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate another person, submit altered evidence, transfer a personal voucher or create accounts to evade offer limits. Careers access is separate. Event age, admission and venue conditions are shown on the event page and apply to each ticket.
Rent eligibility and points
Keep paying rent as usual; no open-banking connection is required. Submit genuine payment evidence that meets the published requirements. The approved earning rule is 1 point for each verified whole £1 of eligible rent, up to 1,500 points per member per rent month, with one award for that month. A submission is not an award until eligibility is confirmed. Automatically confirmed points are immediately available for enabled rewards. Earlier pending points remain unavailable until settled.
Accqui Points are promotional units, not cash, a deposit, a payment account or a guaranteed percentage of rent back. They have no fixed cash value and cannot be withdrawn or sold. Standard offers may have no points cost; other rewards use the exact published points cost and conditions. Availability depends on the active release and each offer—not a promised future conversion rate. Referral attribution does not itself earn points; any future bonus must have published funded terms.
Duplicate, fraudulent or erroneous awards may be corrected with an auditable record. A business cannot edit your points balance. Tell support if a decision or balance appears wrong. Changes to earning rules apply as communicated; they must not silently rewrite an existing completed award.
Using offers at a business
New online Club redemptions require verified-rent eligibility when that release is enabled. Standard Club offers do not require a points balance. Open the offer, check its venue, qualifying items, dates, usage limits and availability, then activate it only when staff are ready. Show the live confirmation at the till and pay the business normally. Existing issued stand vouchers keep their original agreed conditions.
Activation records your request to use an offer; a business honour confirmation records what staff reported, not an independently verified payment or saving. Reopening a confirmation must not make another redemption. Contact support about accidental activation or a refused benefit. For priced rewards, any reservation, expiry and points deduction follow the published confirmation/fulfilment flow. Do not assume a displayed discount applies to excluded items or can be combined with another promotion.
Event bookings
You can book as a guest. Before payment, check the event, date, start time, venue, quantity, admission conditions and complete price. Accqui adds no booking fee; the ticket price still applies. Stripe handles payment. A browser redirect alone does not prove payment succeeded: an order is confirmed after the payment is verified and tickets are issued.
Tickets are sent to the booking email, with admission references or QR codes where supported. Check spam and contact support if they do not arrive. Keep ticket codes private: forwarding a code may let someone else use the ticket. A ticket can be admitted only according to its current validity and event conditions. Using points on tickets is available only where specifically enabled and quoted—not automatically for every event.
Refunds, problems and your rights
Refund and cancellation requests are handled manually at support@accqui.com under the event’s disclosed conditions and applicable consumer law. Date-specific leisure tickets generally do not have the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove rights if an event is cancelled, changed or not supplied as agreed, or a payment is taken incorrectly. See our refund policy before booking.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. These terms use the law of England and Wales without removing protections or court rights you have where you live. Significant policy changes will be identified by version and communicated appropriately.
